Order Cancellations

If you decide that you wish to cancel an order for an item in stock, please contact us directly, and we will cancel it. However, cancelling re-stock requests, pre-orders or custom orders for dolls is not possible – therefore deposits for such orders are non refundable– So please be sure your want the doll before you order.

If your Item was already shipped out, you will be held responsible for shipping back and forth.

Your Item must be returned to us in the same condition in which it was shipped to you, including packaging, and we will refund your money back.

Return & Refund Policy

Stock items may be returned or exchanged within 20 days from the day they are shipped out.

We will refund your item`s full amount, however we will not be able to refund shipping charges. (Unless the Item was damaged during shipping)

Item must return to us in the same condition that it was shipped out to you.
