Can I order a custom face-up for my doll?
Yes you can! There is no extra charge. You can add your custom face-up request to the comments area in the checkout page.
Face-up request can be made according to photos of face-ups shown on this site ONLY (add a direct url to your request), or according to simple descriptions such as ruby red lips, black eye shadow. Please take into consideration that requesting face up (custom or not) will take a little longer (10-14 days) before your doll can be shipped, depending on how many requests we have at the time. Can I choose the eye colour when I order my doll?
At times, you can state your preference in the comments area at checkout.
As a rule, the glass eyes that arrive with your doll are of a random colour, but you can let us know if there is a colour you would rather not receive, or a shade or two that you prefer, we will consider your wish against the available stock at the time of order. Back to Q&A list
Can you combine shipping for my order?
Yes, on small parts (wigs, faceplates) – Please contact us before checkout, if you are only buying parts and not a whole doll, so we can adjust your shipping.

When ordering more then one doll, Shipping on your second doll will be free of charge (shipping will be charged to the first of the dolls in your order alone).

How soon will you be able to ship my order?
This will depend on whether we have your item in stock, and on how many orders we receive at the time.
Small Items in stock (faceplates, wigs) will ship within 2 work days from the time order was placed. Dolls in stock may take up to a month, depending on the amount of orders we have at the time. Dolls that are pre-ordered may take up to 90 days from the time of your order, you will be notified about the estimated time of shipping on site, and we will post regular updated on the states of pre-orders on our site, so you will always be updated regarding your order. If you order face-up painting, or choose the Spring Mechanism option for your doll, It will take up to 2-3 weeks longer (depending on how many order we have at the time). We will do our very best to have your items shipped to you as soon as possible, however since each Item is hand produced, we still make quality our first priority, it is the time that we spend to make your doll, that makes it the high quality product it will become. Will you accept a payment plan, or layaway?
We accept up to a 4 part payment plan for pre-orders free of charge.
We normally accept up to a 4  part payment plan, a request for extra payments is possible, but there will be an extra %4 fee on every extra payment.. Please contact us via Email with your order, and we will send you an invoice via Email. Back to Q&A list
How will you ship my doll?
We ship all dolls insured to their base value, via EMS which offers parcel tracking
If you wish us to send out your doll using a different method please contact us about it before purchasing. Please be aware of the fact that parcels from abroad might receive tax charges. We cannot be held responsible in any way for tax charges for your doll on arrival to your country.
Cancelling an order
If you decide that you wish to cancel an order for an item in stock, please contact us directly, and we will cancel it. However, cancelling re-stock request, pre-orders or custom orders for dolls is not possible – therefore deposits for such orders are non refundable – So please be sure your want the doll before you order. refunds are made during pre-order periods onlyBack to Q&A list
Return & Refund Policy
Stock items may be returned or exchanged within 20 days from the day they are shipped out.
We will refund your item`s full amount, however we will not be able to refund shipping charges, (Unless the Item was damaged during shipping).
